A former reality TV star turned influencer has been accused of sending intimate images of a woman known to her without their consent.

A former reality TV star turned influencer has been accused of sending intimate images of a woman known to her without their consent.

Ex-Married At First Sight contestant Amanda Michelle Micallef fronted Southport Magistrates Court on Wednesday charged with one count of distributing intimate images.

It is alleged the images were released on Australia Day.

Micallef, 36, was not charged until late February.

She was supported in court by a group of friends who sat by her until her matter was called.

Micallef asked for time to get legal advice.

The matter was adjourned until April 19.

After her court appearance on Wednesday, Micallef posted a short Instagram story showing a bottle of wine and glasses being brought together.

“Cheers to amazing friends,” she wrote on the short video.

Personal trainer Micallef appeared on the 2020 season of Married At First Sight as part of the show’s first lesbian pairing.

Since leaving reality TV, Micallef, who has more than 62,800 followers on Instagram, has started a Empowered Women podcast that offers relationship advice.

Her latest podcast claims to answer “Why do men lose themselves in relationships?”

Her Instagram also links to an Only Fans account which claims to satisfy fantasies for married, bi-curious or lesbian submissive women.

Micallef previously lived in Melbourne but moved to the Gold Coast during the pandemic.

In July 2020, she came under fire for a post – which was quickly deleted – that said she “would rather shoot myself than wear a mask”.
