IT appears the magic has been brought back to Apollo Jackson’s life after he revealed he’d gone through a couple of “crappy” months after becoming jobless and unable to pay bills.
The former Bachie, 26, who starred on Sophie Monks season of The Bachelorette, will be back on TV as a contestant soon.
A teaser video for Seven’s Australia’s Got Talent shows the Gold Coast magician on stage wearing a straight jacket, being doused in petrol and lit on fire while hanging upside down from the ceiling.
“I’m really nervous about this, there’s a chance things can go seriously wrong,” Mr Jackson said in the teaser video.”

Only two months ago, Mr Jackson posted on Instagram about his time off-screen, saying the last couple of months had been “crappy” for him as he wound up jobless.
“The last few months have challenged me intensely,” he wrote.
“Works dried up. I’d had just two paying gigs this year. My phone, subscriptions, both entertainment and work cut off for the last few months.
“My stage show I worked my ass off for six months on only sold 11 tickets so I had to cancel it. Training for my first MMA fight, I tore the ligaments in both arms and ruptured one of the tendons. Unable to afford a dentist a nerve exposed broken tooth has made me unable to sleep most nights.

“I’ve worked my butt off developing new skills and chasing work, applying for jobs that I had no luck getting. Everything I’d been working on for 8+ months had been rejected, shut down or a failure.”
Mr Jackson told the Bulletin he’s had to keep it all “super quiet” but he can finally talk about it.
The Seven Network couldn’t reveal when the show is set to air, but it’s said to be “coming soon.”
