Sydney courthouse couture icon Margarita Tomovska has denied leading police on a high-speed highway chase in her signature luxury car last year.
Tomovska’s solicitor entered a plea of not guilty on her behalf at Wollongong Local Court after she was charged on November 13 with a police pursuit, exceeding the speed limit by more than 45km/h and having an unrestrained child in her car.
The single mother and brand ambassador denied she fled from Strike Force Raptor officers at 200km/h on the Princes Motorway near Helensburgh in her Mercedes AMG after they allegedly attempted to pull her over.
Tomovska’s solicitor will respond to a brief on April 9 with a hearing date to be set later this year.
The Mercedes Mum was excused from attending court today, leaving more than 65,000 Instagram followers waiting to see what designer digs she will wear for her next appearance.
At her second appearance Tomovska captured social media attention with a carefully curated ensemble incorporating a tight-fitting mini dress by French design house Balmain, Christian Louboutin stilettos and Gucci sunglasses.
