YOUR WINNER
IT HAD to be the Little Master.
Rightly regarded as one of the greats to ever grace the game, Clive Churchill won five premierships with the Souths and three more as coach.
Such was his skill and speed he changed the role of the fullback.
Born and raised in Newcastle, his talent was apparent from an early age. He won five premierships at school and soon caught the eye of South Sydney.
He signed at the start of the 1947 season and never looked back.
He spent 12 glorious seasons at Souths playing 157 games and winning four premierships in the process: 1950, 1951, 1953, 1954.
