Rajinder Singh charged with alleged sexual touching of child

A 26-year-old has faced court on allegations he carried out a sex act in front of teenage girls in a park before sexually touching an 11-year-old girl in a public bathroom

A 26-year-old man has been charged with allegedly sexually touching an 11 year old girl and performing a sex act in front of two teens in Sydney’s west on Thursday.

Two teenage girls, 13 and 14, were at Tench Reserve in Jamisontown when they were approached by a man who allegedly carried out a sex act in front of then at about 1:45pm.

The girls ran away and police were contacted.

Shortly after, police were called to a water park on Jamison Road following reports that a man had entered a female bathroom and allegedly sexually touched an 11-year-old girl.

After searching the area, police arrested a 26-year-old man at Blakie Road, Jamisontown.

He was taken to Penrith Police Station and charged with six offences including two counts of intentionally do sexual act with child (between 10 and 16 years), two counts of stalk/intimidate intend fear physical harm and intentionally sexually touch child (between 10 and 16 years).

Singh appeared before Penrith court where he did not apply for bail.
