Calling all furry friends and their owners; a festival celebrating pets will be held in Merrylands this weekend.

Goat yoga, a labrador labyrinth and a pet cinema are just some of the fur-tastic events at Cumberland Council’s Petfest on Sunday at Holroyd Gardens.

Four-legged friends can dine on gourmet treats from the Pet Cafe and enjoy an outdoor movie at the Pet Cinema, or take a selfie with their human at the Pet Potraits area.

Humans have not been forgotten; the festival will also feature market stalls, a chill out zone and food trucks.
