The sixth season of WBBL is about to begin but there are important things you need to know regarding tickets and safety guidelines ahead of the opening matches in Sydney from Sunday.

North Sydney Oval and Hurstville will host the opening games of the new-look, sixth season of WBBL on Sunday and Monday.
But this season tickets will only be available for weekend matches at North Sydney Oval and Sydney Showground Stadium and Wednesday matches at Blacktown International Sports Park.

All other matches, including those at Hurstville Oval and Drummoyne Oval, will be closed to the general public but will be available to watch via live stream.
Tickets must also be purchased online in advance with no box office sales on match day and will be limited to eight per person and issued as mobile tickets only.
The WBBL kicks off this weekend with Sydney’s two teams – the Sixers and Thunder, both playing.
In week one the Sixers take on Thunder on Sunday at North Sydney Oval and o Monday they back up against the Strikers, also at North Sydney Oval.
After their opener against the Sixers, Thunder will take on the Stars at North Sydney Oval on Monday.

All matches in the competition will this season be played in a bio secure hub in Sydney with tickets to all matches just $10 and children 15 years and under free. However they must purchase a ticket online for games.
In other matches played in week one the Renegades will play the Stars at Hurstville Oval on Sunday, the Strikers will take on the Hurricanes at Hurstville and the Scorchers will play Heat at North Sydney Oval.
On Monday the stars will play thunder at North Sydney Oval, Heat will take on the Renegades at Hurstville Oval and the Scorchers will play the Hurricanes at Hurstville Oval.
The Renegades v Stars and Sixers v Thunder matches on Sunday will be televised on Seven and Fox.
All matches will be streamed on Kayo while 35 will be available on cricket.com.au and the CA Live app.
The season, which comprises 59 games including two semi-finals and the final, was originally due to commence on October 17 and be played around Australia but due to coronavirus will be played entirely within Sydney.
