Two men have been charged for allegedly breaking in with machetes and threatening residents inside their home in Sydney’s south west.

Two men have been charged for allegedly breaking into a home with machetes and threatening residents before robbing them in Sydney’s south west.
Police received reports of a home invasion on Chamberlain St, Campbelltown just before 4pm on December 28 last year.
The men in their twenties, are accused of using machetes to force their way into the home and threatening residents before taking their personal items and fleeing the scene.
Police arrested a 21-year old man in Campbelltown and a 23-year-old man in Appin around 7.30am Thursday April 11 following an investigation into the alleged violent crime.
The 21-year-old man was charged with aggravated armed entry into a house with intent and having suspected stolen goods in custody.
The 23-year-old was charged with aggravated armed entry into a house with intent.
Both men were refused bail and will appear at Campbelltown Local Court on Friday April 12.
