A stunning five-bedroom home in Harrington Grove has sold for a staggering $1.75 million, surpassing the previous estate record by $275,000..
The Bali-inspired masterpiece, set on a 713sqm block caused quite a stir, with inquiries fielded from as far as Singapore, Perth and Melbourne, selling agent Daniel Field, of Belle Property Narellan, said.
“The home is just a timeless classic with each person who walked in just mesmerised,” he said.
“I have been selling homes for 11 years and I can honestly say when I walked in it was just wow.”
Statistics from realestate.com showed more than 24,000 online views of the online listing, with a video featuring the property watched more than 50,000 times on Facebook and Youtube.
Mr Field credited the house’s high quality fixtures and jaw-dropping design for the property’s success.
“Local builder Jake Williams, of Skyview Homes. is as much an artist as he is a craftsman,” he said.
“The home is about the style and lifestyle, with the quality second to none.
“There was no room for improvement.”
Following more than 150 inspections and two months on the market, a family from Mascot fell in love with the property and purchased their dream home.
