Two elderly women have been injured after a car crashed into a home in Sydney’s southwest.
Emergency services received reports shortly after midday on Thursday of a car crashing into a garage door on Greenway Dr in West Hoxton.
Paramedics assessed the driver and passenger, both women aged in their 80s, for shock and treated them for minor injuries.
They were later transported to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition.
NSW Rural Fire Service officers also attended and worked to stabilise the structure of the garage which was significantly damaged from the impact of the crash.
A NSW Police spokesperson said there were occupants home at the time however no one was injured. An investigation has been launched.
