The Bavarian will open its second Hills venue this week, just weeks after the launch of its Rouse Hill restaurant.
The restaurant’s menu includes classic Bavarian fare like generous portions of pork knuckle, schnitzels and sausages, paired with 17 beers on tap.
The Bavarian will open upstairs in the Castle Towers Piazza on Friday, with a 450-seat restaurant including an outdoor beer garden.
To celebrate its opening, the restaurant will serve 500 free hot dogs on Friday from 5pm.
The Bavarian is the latest venue to open at the new-look Piazza, following on the heels of Tella Balls Dessert Bar.
Rockpool Dining Group, which owns The Bavarian chain, said 70 full time and casual positions were created at the Castle Hill venue.
“Our Bavarian restaurants are solid favourites with Sydney diners, and we’re proud to be bringing this newest addition to Castle Hill’s flourishing restaurant scene,” Rockpool Dining Group chief executive officer Thomas Pash said.
