After months of anticipation, the doors to decadent dessert bar Tella Balls will be opened today at Castle Hill.
The Tella Balls Dessert Bar will open at Castle Towers’ Piazza at 11am, serving its signature over-the-top sweet creations it has become famous for.
The popular all-dessert eatery first opened in Dulwich Hill and has since spread across the state as well as a store on the Gold Coast.
Now it is Castle Hill’s turn to experience the sugar rush of Tella Balls shakes, waffles and crepes, along with the company’s nuttier creations.
There are Tellafish and Chips (panko crumb coated ice cream served with doughnut “chips”, Nutella and a white chocolate sauce), Nutella lasagne (layers of mousse and cream on a chocolate biscuit base with Nutella and gelato) Pastatella (“fettuccine” made out of crepes, tossed with chocolate sauce and gelato), and even a Tellabab (doughnut pita filled with shaved chocolate, strawberries, banana, whipped cream and Nutella).
Visit the dessert bar at Castle Towers near the entrance to Event Cinemas.
