Raise your steins and get ready to say Guten Tag to a Bavarian restaurant opening at Rouse Hill Town Centre this month.
The 350-seat The Bavarian will open at 11am on Monday, May 14 in the Town Centre — and will serve 500 free hot dogs from midday to celebrate.
The Bavarian’s menu will include its signature favourites such as crispy pork knuckle, crackling pork belly, sausages and schnitzels along with 17 imported and local beers on tap.
Joining the new restaurant, which has created 40 full-time and casual positions, will be 21-year-old Andrew Mihailovic, of Kings Langley.
Mihailovic started working casually at The Bavarian i
n Parramatta last year and quickly rose through the ranks.
He will be the assistant bar manager at the Rouse Hill restaurant when it opens.
Owned by Rockpool Dining Group, The Bavarian Rouse Hill will be one of nine across Sydney with a 10th due to open upstairs at the Castle Towers’ Piazza around June.
The Castle Towers restaurant, which will open where Hog’s Breath Cafe used to be, will seat about 400 customers.
