What do you get when you mix a brownie, a donut and a birthday cake and sandwich it all between layers of ice cream?

The answer: the latest decadent treat from over-the-top dessert company Kayter con.

The triple layer treat will be available at the inaugural Park Feast festival next month, where Kayter con will be one of 15 food trucks parking their wheels at Bella Vista Farm.

Kayer con’s dessert truck is the latest adventure from western Sydney siblings Rose, Kaisser and Samantha Khater, who became famous for their customisable coconuts laden with everything from fruit to donuts and flowers.

Other decadent delights at Park Feast include Dutch waffles from StroopBros and creme brulees from Torch Me Creme Brulee.

There will also be a range of savoury options, such as arancini and Italian donuts from Fritto and Co, loaded gourmet fries and burgers from Chip Cartel or a banh mi from Mama Linh’s.

The festival was organised by Australian Boutique Markets - which has operated in the Hills for the past five years - in partnership with the Hills Shire Council and its Summer Series.

“Over the past couple of years there’s been a growing trend of American style food trucks and Sydney is now home to a number of the best,” Australian Boutique Markets director Elena Saadie said.

“Park Feast will be one of the biggest collaborations of these trucks all in one place over one weekend and people of the Hills are excited.”

With almost 5000 people interested in the event on Facebook, it is set to be a sweet success.
