Forbes teen charged with supplying drugs after search
Police conducting a compliance check on firearms in the state’s central west have charged a teenage boy with drug supply.

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with alleged drug supply in Forbes.
Central West Police District’s Proactive Crime Team officers attended a home on Scrivener St to conduct a firearms and weapons prohibition order search on Thursday about 11.20am when the boy allegedly tried to leave the premises.
Police stopped and searched him when they allegedly found 4.2g of methylamphetamine and cash.
The boy was arrested and taken to Parkes Police Station where he was charged with supplying a prohibited drug, possessing a prohibited drug and goods in custody.
He was granted conditional bail to appear before a children’s court on May 20.
