NBA All Star burger

When it comes to great burgers — nobody is more committed than East Gosford’s Elanora Hotel which has been serving up mouth-watering “burger of the week” for four years. Each weekly creation is dreamt up by the Elanora’s in-house burger geniuses. This weekend it's the NBA All star featuring Wagyu beef, American cheese, Panko crumbed beef cheeks, 5+ Marble Wagyu beef slices in housemade gravy, Iceberg lettuce, Tabasco aioli, Dijon and red wine vinegar jus with beer battered fries. The hotel serves a huge selection of burgers from their main menu.

American Cheese Burger

Ettalong diggers have a new Burger and Pizza cafe called Pizza Burger Pronto where you can sink your burger loving teeth into mouth watering burgers of many kinds. Try their famous American cheese burger with Wagyu beef, bacon, cheese, house made pickles, onion jam, mustard and ketchup. another popular choice is the super scrumptious Pork belly Burger with caramelised pork belly, pineapple, house pickled carrot, and cos dripping with an Asian inspired sauce. Some new varieties are on the way too so keep an eye on the menu.

Buttermilk Chicken Burger

Pay attention, because this is one epic eat you won’t want to miss! The Buttermilk Chicken Burger is that good you’ll be licking your fingers after every more-ish bite. Picture this. A tower loaded with tender buttermilk chicken fillets coated with aromatic southern spices, baby cos and cabbage with a decent lashing of sweet chilli aioli nestled between a soft milk bun. The Caribbean burger

If you’re after a seasonal menu inspired by what is fresh and abundant, then do not go past Modern Organic at Long Jetty. They take this philosophy and design their dishes around it — and the burgers are no exception. They offer three different burgers over summer, The Caribbean, The Middle Eastern and The Russian. All have multiple protein and roll options, or you can eat your burger naked (no bun). Your Burger. Your way. Try the sensational Caribbean with either tofu or chicken as the chosen protein option, with Jerk spiced protein, coconut, chilli and pineapple salsa, lettuce, tomato & aioli, served with crunchy potato chunks and slaw.

The Hungry Traveller food truck brings a fresh, delicious and fun menu to the Central Coast. They specialise in burgers and fries and also love finding interesting ingredients for vegetarian and vegan burger lovers. Their signature is their hungry sauce, which goes on most of their burgers and is a favourite addition to their haloumi fries.

Among the favourites at The General Store Norah Head is their delicious chicken burger with a Mexican twist. Mouth-watering tender chicken Avocado, cheese, lettuce, tomato relish and crunchy corn chips. It comes with a side of hot chips. The corn chips on the burger idea might seem weird at first, but it really works, giving the burger a nice crunch and combining nicely with the other ingredients.
