PIZZA INN, GOSFORD
For 30 years Pizza Inn Gosford has been serving pizza mad with their hand tossed dough made from an authentic recipe which was used by the owners aunt in a bakery back in Naples. They moved to their current location, which is only 70 metres down the road from where it has been from the beginning.
With the new decor and fit out, outdoor dining, and a liquor licence the business has gone from strength to strength. As well as the Traditional and Gourmet Pizzas there is also pasta, ribs, wings, sides and dessert pizzas on the menu, so there is something for everyone. For drinks they have a selection of wines, beer, mixed drinks, coffees, iced coffees and soft drinks and spiders available.

TROPICANA, WOY WOY
There is nothing ‘Italiano’ about the pizzas at “the Trop”, it's a throwback to the local pizzeria that everyone grew up with, thick crust, lots of standout toppings and 80s hits on the stereo. The dough is a semi-sourdough that is made fresh daily and then cold fermented overnight. The recipe was developed by close friend and baker extraordinaire Yasmin Newman. They pride themselves on working with local producers close to Woy Woy, especially Edwards Family Butchery who provide their Sicilian Sausage for the Roasted Fennel Pizza and the Woy Woy Fishermen’s Wharf who supply the seafood for their marinara pizza.

SIRONE’S WYONG
At Sirone’s Pizza by the metre, the owners like to make sure nobody ever leaves hungry. Their Metre pizza’s are designed to feed the whole family without breaking the budget. The pizza is one metre long and long and 40cm wide which fit perfectly into specially made take away boxes. When dining in the arcade the pizza’s are brought out on timber boards. There are two other sizes: 4 Cnrs is 38cm square pizza and the smallest is called Mini Me — a smaller version of the metre. The only round pizza they have is the Gluten free base.
Their pizza bases are made with double 0 flour, authentic Italian sauce and with fresh vegies and roasted capsicum and sweet potato’s in the woodfired oven. Their flavours come from the owners 87 year old Sicilian Nonna who loves cooking and bringing joy to every meal.

BIG BOYZ, LISAROW
A traditional tomato base combined with delicious ham, pepperoni, Italian sausage, Spanish onion, green capsicum, mushrooms, pineapple and olives are the key ingredients in Big Boyz topselling Supreme Pizza. Best of all you can get it delivered to 15 different suburbs (check their website for details). Big Boyz Chittaway Bay store was voted best on the coast is 2018 by local radio station 2GO.
