A man who is charged with multiple sexual offences has had his bail varied at the ACT Magistrates Court.
Jake Sullivan is charged with four counts of sexual intercourse without consent, an act of indecency without consent and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Mr Sullivan’s lawyer told the court her client wished to change the address listed on his bail.
This change to bail was not opposed by the prosecution.
The lawyer also asked for Mr Sullivan to have permission to appear by phone next appearance, which was granted by Chief Magistrate Lorraine Walker.
