Anthony Brown charged with level four drink driving
A 20-year-old was allegedly caught by police drinking alcohol out of a can while leaving the driver’s seat of his vehicle.

A 20-year-old man was allegedly caught drink driving after police spotted him leaving the front seat of a car with an alcoholic drink in his hand.
Anthony Brown was arrested on Saturday and was charged with level four drink driving and driving unlicensed.
Police allege they spotted Mr Brown leave the driver's seat of a black Range Rover Evoque parked in Hackett at 8.15pm.
They allege Mr Brown blew a BAC reading of 0.161.
When he appeared at the ACT Magistrates Court on Monday, prosecutors told the court Mr Brown was on a good behaviour order after being convicted of common assault in a public place.
Mr Brown did not enter any pleas and applied for bail which was not opposed by prosecutors.
Prosecutors suggested bail conditions including not to drink and not to be in possession of car keys.
Magistrate Robert Cook granted Mr Brown conditional bail, and gave the defendant some stern advice.
“My only recommendation is don’t drive a motor vehicle and drink,” he said.
“Next time you’re in custody, bail (will be) refused.”
Mr Brown will face court again on April 3.
