Ainslie man Angus Gottaas-Hughes pleaded guilty to a total of seven sex offences when he fronted the ACT Magistrates Court for a pre-hearing mention on Tuesday.
His guilty pleas include two counts of an act of indecency without consent and sexual intercourse without consent.
He also pleaded guilty to five child sex offences; possessing child abuse material, using a carriage service to access child abuse material, using a carriage service to access child pornography, and use a child over 12 to create child abuse material.
Gottaas-Hughes’s guilty pleas come just over a year after he was arrested by ACT Policing’s joint Anti Child Exploitation team.

Gottaas-Hughes’s case has been committed to the ACT Supreme Court for sentencing.
His bail will continue.
