Fu Shuang Lo released on bail following alleged Canberra restaurant stabbing

A man charged over an alleged stabbing incident at a restaurant in Canberra’s west has faced court for the first time.

A man charged over an alleged stabbing incident at a restaurant in Canberra’s west has been released from custody.

Fu Shuang Lo, 60, was charged with recklessly inflicting grievous bodily harm after the alleged incident on Monday at the Orient Kitchen restaurant at Weston Creek, near Cooleman Court.

He was granted bail after an appearance at ACT Magistrates Court on Tuesday.

A statement from ACT Policing alleges Mr Lo stabbed a man working at the restaurant “multiple times”.

The man’s condition is currently unknown.

ACT Policing has urged anyone with information about the alleged incident to contact Crime Stoppers, quoting reference number C2001772.
