A 13-year-old girl sustained chest and rib injuries when she fell and was subsequently trampled by a bull.
The incident occurred during the Tabulam Rodeo.
Around 8.15pm on Saturday, June 12, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by New South Wales Ambulance on the primary mission to Racecourse Road, Tabulam.
The patient was treated on scene by NSWA paramedics and the Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team prior to being flown to Lismore Base Hospital.
She was in a stable condition.
Organisers of the Tabulam Rodeo were contacted for comment.
