Police say no further action to be taken after fatal Lindendale crash
A man believed to be aged 20 passed away at the scene after being struck by a vehicle in the early hours of Monday morning.

Police have not laid any charges following an incident where a pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle east of Goonellabah.
Emergency services were called to the Bruxner Highway at Alphadale Road and Cowlong Road shortly after 5am on Monday after reports a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle.
Paramedics attended the scene and despite their efforts, the man died at the scene, in the Lindendale area.
It is understood he was a 20-year-old man.
A NSW Police spokeswoman said no further police action was expected in relation to the incident.
No charges have been laid in relation to the matter and a report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
