Six children were involved in a head-on crash on Saturday afternoon.
Just before 3pm the NSW Ambulance service was alerted to the crash on the Waterfall Way east of Bellingen near Burdett Park.
Waterfall Way was closed in both directions for about 30 minutes.
It is understood the children received minor injuries and were not taken to hospital.
A 20-year-old driver was taken to Coffs Harbour hospital with minor injuries.
It was a busy day for paramedics with a man in his 70s coming off his motorcycle near Dorrigo and a car smashed into a tree which fell, blocking the road near Iluka on Saturday morning.
