Orara High School Year 12 adviser Kate March had high hopes for the social swan song of the Class of ‘21.
“At the Year 10 formal they danced their little hearts out,” Ms March said.
At the Year 12 edition, they enjoyed a three-course meal at Pacific Bay Resort, and to fizz the fun, had use of a photo booth.
Ms March has been guiding the cohort since Year 9.
“They’d had five (year advisers) before then and reckoned nobody wanted them,” she said.
“They’re a great bunch, eclectic and witty.”
Their graduation assembly was next level - at the Coffs International Stadium, including footage on the big screen.
“They made me cry (with pride),” Ms March said.
