ONCE a senior member of Australia’s biggest outlaw motorcycle gangs, Chris Rymer quickly became a poster boy for the new-age proponents of the one percenter lifestyle.
Often seen in high-end designer clothing or club colours and proudly showcasing his heavily tattooed body, Rymer developed a cult following on Instagram for offering a look behind club doors.
From “benders” to burnouts, Chris Rymer became one of Sydney’s more recognisable Insta-bikies.

Once dubbed a senior Rebels bikie, the man with “Penrith” proudly etched in ink across his torso says the gangster life is behind him, a court heard.
A court also heard how Rymer was a proud “family man” and dog breeder looking to start a new life with his wife and two daughters, according to his lawyer.
Rymer appeared in Parramatta Court yesterday after he was arrested dressed in colourful Peter Alexander Willy Wonka pyjamas with Oompa Loompa prints at the weekend.
He has been charged with stalking and property damage over an alleged road rage incident on August 4.
Police opposed bail for the latest incident arguing Rymer had a lengthy criminal history “littered with serious offending” and was serving a 14-month suspended sentence for other matters.
Rymer was granted bail after telling a magistrate his French Bulldog was pregnant and he wanted to be home when it had puppies.
The previous time Rymer walked free from behind bars came in 2017.
Shortly after his release the high-ranking Rebels member posted a string of photographs on social media giving insight into the life of a patched bikie.
It seemed he had money to burn and was seen sharing pictures of drinks with friends, shopping visits to high-end designed fashion stores — dressed in the same brands.
The family man was also seen showing off his heavily-tattooed body on a trip to Wet and Wild, with Rymer and his partner announcing the birth of his second daughter — seemingly conceived within weeks of his release from prison.
Rymer shared a picture of himself with his partner, both holding pregnancy test wands.
The caption read: “Straight out straight into it. Love my lil fam can’t wait till August to meet my new baby rymer #freshoutofjailknockingbitchsup #bestbabymummaever #highschoolsweethearts”.

He also posted pictures of himself eating his partner’s homemade eggs and bacon and a massive chocolate dessert, joking with some of his followers about prison food: “I miss tuna & rice” and with his mother, saying “Mum u should see the feeds me [and another inmate] could make with sh***y jail food”.
Rymer has also developed a strong bond with Alex Rasic — the son of former Rebels Sergeant-at-Arms Simon Rasic who died of natural causes in 2014.
Earlier this year, Rymer shared pictures of a trip to Perth he shared with Rasic.
The brief holiday included the former high-ranking Rebels member sitting in the cockpit of a plane, which was posted online along with the hashtag #boughtaplane.
Once in Perth, both men could be seen drinking and spending time relaxing in a luxury hotel room and next to a spa.
The extravagant lifestyle has also seen the friends staying in a luscious hotel room inside the casino and partying on a boat in the Sydney Harbour.

The friendship of the two extends past their own adventures, with it clear that both men had a lot of respect for former bikie boss Simon Rasic.
Earlier this year, Rymer also shared a picture of Simon Rasic alongside Michael Davey.
“If you 2 we’re still here! #foreverchapter #royalty OG,” he wrote.
“F**k alotta shit would be different now braaaa 2kingz.” replied Alex.
Another commenter said the picture showed two gentleman taken too soon, which Rymer replied to saying: “gentlemen with a bit of psychopath bipolar scitsofrenia (sic)”.

Rasic then replied to Rymer’s comment joking that was “just a few symptoms they both had”.
Rymer was also very close with slain Rebel enforcer Michael “Ruthless” Davey.
Aside from multiple visits to the gravesite, the former Rebel has showcased a custom-built diamond encrusted pendant containing Ruthless’ initials in the middle of a crown, which closely resembles the tattoo on the right-hand side of his face.

The Rebels member shared a picture of the tribute with the caption: “RIP MY BRA! RuthlessMD @ruthlessmd miss ya”.
The sentimental pendant has since been attached to a long silver chain, with Rymer photographed wearing it multiple times since first showcasing the item.
His tributes to the slain gangster have also become more permanent, with the heavily inked-up bikie adding to his extensive tattoo collection in remembrance.
Rymer proudly showcased his new artwork, which has “RIP MD” written in bold letters on his head behind his left ear.
“MISS U EVERYDAY MY BROTHER. Words can’t explain! Wish u were still here with us and your boys! #bestmate #loyalty #seeyouontheotherside #loveya,” Rymer wrote in an Instagram post showcasing the fresh ink.
