Tom Burgess and Tahlia Giumelli feud with Sam Burgess and Lucy Graham revealed
Things are not as they seem in the tight-knit Burgess clan, with a reported split between Sam’s new fiancé Lucy Graham, Tahlia Giumelli and husband Tom.

There’s apparently dysfunction in football’s Burgess clan, again.
Barely a year has gone by without someone in the Burgess family being involved in controversy, from Sam’s affair and sexting, marriage breakdowns and brushes with the law having followed the famous four.
Now comes news that the once tight-knit and inseparable brothers have hit a bit of a hurdle.
Model Tahlia Giumelli and her husband Thomas are believed to have had a falling out with some members of the family – reportedly over money.
Sam Burgess has denied the claims.
“This is absolutely not the case. The Burgess family is closer than ever, it’s really disappointing to have to respond to this false rumour, it’s just not true,” he said.
Giumelli and husband Thomas have been missing in action at a number of recent Burgess family events, including New Year’s Eve, Luke Burgess and partner Tori Carew’s daughter Charlotte’s recent baptism and Sam Burgess fiance Lucy Graham’s baby shower, which took place last weekend.
Graham, May and even George Burgess’ ex-partner Joanne are reportedly thick as thieves, however Giumelli is “on the outer.”
Trivial, perhaps, but, Giumelli doesn’t follow Graham on social media.
Yesterday the family put on a united front when they attended a birthday party for Giumelli and Tom’s four year old daughter Sophie. However Sam Burgess’ fiancé Graham was noticeably absent.
Saturday Confidential believes the fall out is over money.
While neither of the brothers own property together, they do all invest in their 4B label.
“I have no doubt everything will be fine soon, however right now there is tension,” a source close to the family said.
In March, the model shared an Instagram post, celebrating the “kind, strong, resilient women” in her life which included her mother, siblings and friends. Mother-in-law Julie failed to get a mention.
Insiders tell Saturday Confidential entering the Burgess family didn’t come easily for 31-year-old Giumelli.
“Luke and George gave her a pretty hard time, so did Julie. She did become fairly close to Julie at one stage, but I think the relationship has become strained,” the source said.
The Burgesses are no strangers to controversy or drama with their surname having hit the headlines for many years. The first was in 2013, when George Burgess was involved in a nude photo scandal. It was then brother Sam whose name was in the headlines multiple times.
His tumultuous relationship with ex-wife Phoebe Burgess saw the former NRL player accused and cleared of cheating, sending lewd images from his phone, driving under the influence of drugs (a claim he was later cleared of), intimidating his ex-wife’s father (also an allegation he was later cleared of).
Most recently, Burgess has announced he is engaged to and expecting a baby with his new partner, Graham.
PR AGENCIES RUN FOR COVER ON FAKES
The many PR companies which looked after Cosette are doing their best to distance themselves from the controversial discount designer goods retailer after allegations they have been selling “super fakes”.
News broke this week that luxury retailer Cosette has been the subject of counterfeit allegations, with the NSW Fair Trading revealing they have received 75 complaints.
Now eyes have turned to the well known PR agencies which have represented the store since it opened its doors eight years ago.
Roxy Jacenko’s Sweaty Betty agency repped them five years ago, however Saturday Confidential believes Jacenko walked away from the gig after hearing murmurs that Cosette might be selling fake handbags.
Popular publicist Charlie Boyce from Portobello PR then took over and looked after the brand throughout from 2019 to 2021. It is believed agencies are paid around $4-6k a month to generate publicity for a brand like Cosette.
EVH, considered one of the country’s top luxury PR agencies that looks after designer brands including Coach, Bally, Jaguar and Hublot, is the latest PR to look after Cosette. However, they seem to have wiped any mention of the brand from its social media pages
MOGUL MARK MAKES IT OFFICIAL
Let’s hope third time is a charm for Mark Taylor. The 53 year old millionaire construction mogul popped the question to his 30-year-old girlfriend Anna Kedzoir this week, marking the third proposal for fresh faced Taylor.
The couple, who have featured in The Sunday Telegraph’s most intriguing list, have been dating for a number of years after meeting through mutual friends shortly after she returned from New York, where she was based for a number of years modelling.
Taylor, who has two children with his ex-wife Eleni Taylor and two others to his wife before her, is known for passing on the same piece of Bulgari jewellery to each of his girlfriends.
SUNNY SUNRISE SET DIVIDES FANS
It’s been years in the making and this week Sunrise debuted its new breakfast show makeover after moving to South Eveleigh.
But not everyone is happy about the new set.
As predicted by some, the move from Martin Place, where viewers were able to watch the show live, has divided fans.
While some viewers were positive, others were brutally honest and delivered some harsh feedback to executives including that the yellow set (right) looks like it’s been sponsored by the Commonwealth Bank.
The change is unlikely to do anything to topple Sunrise’s position as the top rating breakfast TV program, a title they have held for 19 years.
