SURFING, and eating lots of greens, is the secret to keeping a godlike body, according to Hollywood superstar Chris Hemsworth.
The Thor star was happy to offer his fitness tips to fans yesterday at the Supanova Expo at Sydney Olympic Park.
“(It’s) just lots of work, lots of time in the gym, lots of heavy weights, lots of boxing, lots of surfing, just keeping busy, keeping moving,” he said as hundreds of fans encouraged him to take off his shirt during a 45-minute Q&A session.
“And then eating the right way has been a big one, especially for this character (Thor).”
When asked about his favourite surfing spot, Hemsworth named Lennox Point, just north of his home at Byron Bay on the NSW north coast.
“I’ve lost plenty of skin on the rocks there.”
Among the fans who paid up to $480 for an autograph and a photograph with the hunk was Kimberley Hopmans.
“It was in-out, it was so quick,” the 29-year-old said.
“But it was so worth it.”
