THERE are no embarrassing dad bods at the beach when your father is Chris Hemsworth.

At home in Byron Bay, Thor star Hemsworth and model/actress wife Elsa Pataky ventured for a family day out in the surf yesterday, easily dividing their time between the catching some waves and wrangling their cute two-year-old twins Tristan and Sasha.

Despite being huge stars, the couple always appear comfortable hitting the streets of the NSW far north coast town they’ve called home for years.

Yesterday, the pair were seen chatting with friends, including Hemsworth’s trainer Luke Zocchi, as they enjoyed the glorious day.

The family returned to Australia two weeks ago after spending the past few months living in the US while Hemsworth filmed upcoming movie Horse Soldiers.
