WHILE many of his team mates are in serious relationships, young Origin newbie Nathan Cleary is understood to be living the single life. But in reality, women have proclaimed their romantic interests for the hunky footy player.

ORIGIN newbie Nathan Cleary is being tagged as the most eligible bachelor in the New South Wales team.

While many of his team mates are in serious relationships, young star Cleary is understood to be living the single life.

Hailed as a future big star of Rugby League, and widely known as a down-to-earth and well-rounded guy, Cleary has been called one of the most grounded and respectful players currently in the game.

The son of footballer Ivan, Cleary has long been pegged as one to watch in the game. Now with the exposure of Origin, it may be more than just the footy fans who have their sights on the 20-year-old.

But Cleary isn’t short of potential suitors.

On his Instagram page, women have proclaimed their romantic interests for the hunky footy player.

“Love uuuuu (sic)” one woman wrote.

Another said, “He’s such eye candy. Here’s a photo to bless your stressful night.”

“OMG my husband is looking hella fine,” a separate woman added.

Cleary burst onto the NRL first grade scene last year with the Penrith Panthers and quickly established himself as a superstar of the game.

The young gun still lives at home where rugby league can quickly become a topic of intense discussion around the dinner table with father — and Wests Tigers coach — Ivan.

Cleary junior had notched just 46 first grade NRL matches with the Panthers before being thrust into the State of Origin spotlight by NSW Blues coach Brad Fittler on Monday.

A whiz with the boot, Cleary will partner Panthers teammate James Maloney in the halves when NSW take on Queensland in the Origin series opener at the MCG on June 6.
