Rebel Wilson fuelled romance rumours with tennis player Matt Reid in Balmain on Wednesday.

Hollywood actor Rebel Wilson and tennis player Matt Reid fuelled romance rumours after they were spotted on what appeared to be a double date in Balmain on Wednesday.

The Pitch Perfect star and her rumoured boyfriend hit the tennis court for a friendly doubles match with their friends, podcaster Brittany Hockley and her tennis player beau Jordan Thompson.

Wilson, 41, appeared to be in high spirits during the casual outing and at one point she was seen giving Reid, 31, a warm embrace.

The pair were first linked earlier this month while attending the AACTA Awards and have been spotted together around Sydney, however Wilson remains tight-lipped on romance speculation.

It comes almost one year after her split from boyfriend Jacob Busch, who is an heir to the Anheuser-Busch brewing dynasty.

The pair split in February after several months of dating and Wilson appears to have well and truly moved on.

The Aussie star recently underwent a dramatic makeover after losing 35kg.

She decided to kickstart her weight loss journey last year as part of her fertility journey and said initially some of her team were against the idea.

“Originally I will say some of my Hollywood team weren’t that on board with (me) losing weight … but I think once they knew that was my plan and that’s what I was going to do they were all on-board,” she previously said on Instagram live.
