Actor Luke Cook has found a novel way to raise cash for charity.

The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina star has rallied his social media followers to collect $10,666 by taking photographs of his size 13 feet and sending them to paying punters.

“My aim was to get to $10,000,” Cook told Confidential.

“The fact that it rounded out to 666 on top of that and I play Lucifer in Sabrina is just a coincidence but a funny one.”

Cook, 34, at the weekend presented a cheque to Aminata Conteh-Biger for her charity, Aminata Maternal Foundation that supports mothers and babies in Sierra Leone.

“I was sincerely blown away that we raised that much in 5 days,” Cook wrote to his more than 900,000 Instagram followers. “Thank you to everyone who gave! Especially you foot people. What a wonderful weird world we live in!”

Cook, who moved home to Sydney from Los Angeles last year due to the global pandemic, came up with the idea after an online chat with his fans about foot fetishism.

“I quickly realised that people were very interested in what my feet looked like and thought I could monetise it,” he explained. “It is fascinating what people find exciting. It really is a weird and wonderful thing what people are into and I am more than happy to give it away for the right price for a good cause.”
In total, Cook sold images of his feet to 94 different people. On average they paid $50 with some forking out $1000 and another $500.

“Different people had different requests,” he said. “Some requested me in dirty athletic socks while some wanted sweaty feet, some wanted my feet next to my sneakers and another asked for a photo taken directly underneath my feet.”

Cook is a new father with stylist partner Kara Wilson welcoming baby son, Chaplin, to the world in November.

He is prolific on social media and regularly engages in quirky forums with his followers.

One follower named ‘Jheff’ recently offered Cook $1 million to pretend to be his boyfriend.

“Kara finds it all very funny, she never stops laughing about the offers I’ve had,” Cook laughed. “It is all fun and games.”
