Jodi Gordon in rehab as AVOs put in place with her ex-boyfriend

Former Neighbours and Home and Away star Jodi Gordon is being treated for a range of issues in a Sydney-based rehabilitation clinic.

Jodi Gordon has entered a rehabilitation clinic following a physical altercation which has seen her banned from contacting her ex-boyfriend Sebastian Blackler for two years.

Saturday Confidential can reveal the former TV actor is currently in a Sydney-based clinic, being treated for a range of issues.

It is believed Gordon relocated to the rehab clinic, where she is allowed to make just one phone call a day, not long after the incident involving her ex-boyfriend took place and she is expected to stay there for at least another month.

Gordon and her agent chose not to respond when we reached out for comment on Friday.

Police applied for apprehended violence orders (AVOs) to be put in place to protect Gordon and Blackler after an incident on April 3 at a bed and breakfast in Kurrajong Heights, 75km northwest of Sydney.

The former Home and Away and Neighbours star did not appear when her case was mentioned in Windsor Local Court on Thursday.

Despite taking some time away from the spotlight, the 37-year-old is still seen to be working, with either her or her agent posting sponsored content to her Instagram.

She currently has contracts with supplements brand Life Botanics and Cole Hair studio and is preparing to make a TV comeback in Nine’s new series of The Celebrity Apprentice. All are believed to be standing by the actor.

Lauren Jones, marketing manager at Life Botanics on Friday said: “Life Botanics is proud of our strong relationship with Jodi Gordon and we stand by Jodi through the good times and the tough times, as family does.”

Gordon was forced, however, to disable comments on her promotional posts as she was
being inundated by trolls who were criticising her most recent brush with the law.
Gordon’s eight-year-old daughter Aleeia lives with her father, former NRL player Braith Anasta. The couple ended their three-year marriage in 2015, but continue to co-parent.

Gordon, a regular on the Sydney social scene, has been controversy-plagued since gaining a public profile in 2005.

The most recent drama came earlier this month when a “physical altercation” was alleged to have taken place between her and her now ex. Gordon and Blackler agreed to abide by the AVO conditions, have not been accused of any wrongdoing and police have laid no charges.
