Despite being surrounded by their kids and family during day trip to the beach in Byron Bay yesterday, the loved-up couple still managed some alone time as they hugged on the rocks.

The Hemsworth clan joined family-bestie Matt Damon and his wife and children as they enjoyed some beers and banter on the sand.

Their husbands might be among Hollywood’s hottest stars, but Pataky and Damon’s better half Luciana Barroso were the ones turning heads as they showed off their bikini bodies throughout the Easter weekend.

The two Spanish beauties also went to the Bluesfest music festival on Saturday.

Damon has been a Byron Bay regular for some time now and rumours have been circulating that the Bourne Identity actor and his family will move to Australia permanently.

His US publicist confirmed yesterday that Damon has rented Blackwood House, in the Byron Bay hinterland, for several months.

And, it seems, Damon’s lucky streak is set to continue. A bird deposited some strategic droppings onto his shoulder as he walked to lunch with his family. Damon reacted to the surprise turn of events with good humour.
