Bad luck always comes in threes.

That’s what the wealthy Kennedy family are hoping after a series of misfortunes.

Just last week a $2m watch-heist took place at luxury watch retailer Kennedy’s Chadstone store, with some claiming it was bound to happen thanks to James Kennedy’s wife Jaimee Belle flaunting her wealth on social media.

Usually one to flash her designer threads and accessories on the daily, she has yet to post on her Instagram site since the ordeal.

In what is being branded as probably an “inside job” by police, the thief entered a loading dock before making their way to the third floor and stealing at least 30 timepieces.

The 185,000sq m shopping complex is the largest in the southern hemisphere, and police believe the thief knew where he was going and the most expensive pieces to take.

Belle’s husband Kennedy is still involved in a falling out with his fellow co-creator of Aussie reality TV show Luxe Listings Sydney.
