Worth more than $50 million, real estate mogul Gavin Rubinstein is one of Australia’s most eligible bachelors.
However, despite being overtly public about his work life and travelling with his own videographer to film it, the 33-year-old Luxe Listing star has rarely opened up about his dating life or relationship status.
However, Sunday Confidential can reveal he and Alexandra Dankwa have been dating for almost a year now, and have been spotted out and about in Sydney’s eastern suburbs more regularly in recent months.
Dankwa is a 30-year-old model who is known for dating Mark Bouris’ son Dane before he was accused by police of assaulting her — a charge he was found not guilty of.
Ironically, just three months ago, Rubinstein appeared on Mark Bouris’ podcast, The Mentor, where he spoke about how he separates himself from an ego-driven real estate agent pack.
Dankwa seems to be equally as private as her beau when it comes to their relationship, rarely speaking of Rubinstein and keeping her social media accounts private.
Aside from the occasional message on a photo, the pair are seemingly trying to keep their romance under wraps. Sunday Confidential has approached Dankwa for comment.
The leggy brunette happened to bump into an early morning walker two weeks ago, moments after the 33-year-old estate agent dropped her home in his Range Rover Vogue black edition, and told them, “I just had the weirdest night of my life”.
It is perhaps an insight into the dating life of the polarising agent, who admits to living life in the fast lane and rarely sleeping.
News of Rubinstein’s new partner comes as Sunday Confidential hears more charges of assault and intimidation have been laid against his former employee and former Luxe Listings cast member Evan Williams.
Williams has previously been accused of flicking chilli powder in the face of his wife, wedding planner Kashaya Williams, but pleaded not guilty to several counts of assault spanning more than 15 years. He is yet to enter a plea in relation to the new charges.
Ms Williams is a well-known Double Bay florist and wedding planner, having worked on various celebrity weddings, including that of Bachelor couple Anna and Tim Robards.
Mr Williams, who was a contractor for Rubinstein’s TRG agency and features on hit Prime Video show Luxe Listings, was charged on June 3 after Ms Williams reported the alleged abuse to Rose Bay police.
