Model, real estate agent and former Cleo Bachelor of the Year contender Jye Emdur is reportedly ‘single and ready to mingle’ after splitting from his partner.

‘I’m alive’: Viral star Lil Tay reportedly not dead after mysterious death report

His 23-year-old sister just got engaged, but it appears marriage won’t be on the cards for big brother Jye Emdur in the short term.

The 29-year-old son of popular TV personality Larry Emdur is understood to have split from his long-time partner, Taylor Jones.

The pair haven’t featured on one another’s social media pages of late, with insiders telling Saturday Confidential: “It is 100 per cent over between them. Nothing bad happened, but it is over. Jye is single and ready to mingle.”

Taylor is currently living it up in London.

When approached by Confidential for comment on Friday, neither responded.

Emdur became a regular on the Sydney social scene in 2015 when he made his catwalk debut for department store Myer.

He was named as one of Cleo’s Bachelors of the year in the same year.

Emdur has since switched careers and is now a real estate agent — and is fast climbing the ranks at The Rubenstein Group (TRG).

On their website, the well-known agency, founded by Gavin Rubenstein, states: “Jye knows that patience is a virtue is a valuable asset when it comes to navigating the property field.”

SYDNEY MUM DRIVES OFF WITH KATE RITCHIE’S CAR

She’s a radio star and national treasure, but Kate Ritchie might be taking the bus from now on. Or at least Uber Black.

The Nova host is now car-less after giving away her personal Subaru Impreza to a Sydney mum.

Seven Hills mum Brook is the new proud owner of the used vehicle, after winning a competition on Nova’s Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie show.

Inside the used vehicle (retailing for about $35,000), were Taylor Swift tickets, $5000 cash, free fuel for a year, $500 a month for groceries at Coles, and a trip to Hamilton Island.

Other bonus items included dog poo bags, some Bepanthen Nappy Rash cream and a pair of sunnies, all of which were left in the car in situ.

“This car can take the dog to the park, can take the kids to school and we have had a very worthy winner this morning,” Ritchie said.

“I wanted it to go to someone deserving and Brook came down this morning with her family and I’m so glad.”

NUDE ARTIST PLAYS HOUSE WITH TOYBOY

Dina Broadhurst and Max Shepherd were branded one of Sydney’s hottest couples, so when their relationship of four years came to an abrupt end in June, it got everyone talking.

And when they were seen together this week, after Broadhurst shared a photo of 30-year-old toyboy Shepherd, it set tongues wagging with many believing the pair were back on.

However, Saturday Confidential can reveal they’re not, with 45-year-old nude artist Broadhurst and Shepherd simply putting on a united front while they build Broadhurst’s new Sydney home.

A rekindling of their romance wouldn’t have been far-fetched, with the couple hellbent on showing one another what they’re missing via social media site Instagram.

To mark life as a single man, Max Shepherd jetted off to Europe where he partied and caught private jets with models and wealthy friends.

While artist Dina Broadhurst, 45, marked her new single life by sharing racy photos of herself online, including a nude mirror selfie on Instagram posing in nothing but a $1000 Gucci hat.

IT’S THE NEW AGE OF AJE

When they launched their athletic capsule range two years ago, fashion house Aje was warned it was a saturated market.

However fast forward two years and this design duo is having the last laugh.

Five days out from what’s set to be a first of its kind fashion show, Aje designers Adrian Norris and Edwina Forest have proven that despite the competition, there’s still a strong demand for athleisure.

“Everyone always said to us this area was competitive,” Norris said.

“But Eddy and I always come into things from our own angle. We have played with fabrics which have never been experimented with before.”

Forest said: “This is the runway debut for Aje Athletica and I don’t think anyone is playing in this space we are playing in.

“We are mixing the worlds between athleisure and fashion.”

Against the backdrop of The Sydney Opera House, Norris and Forest will send 32 models, including Olympian Olia Burtaev, down a runway for their first ever Aje Athletica show on Thursday, featuring consciously designed, performance-enhancing athletic wear.

Their timing is impeccable, with 2023 being branded the year of the woman, thanks to the huge success of the Barbie movie, the sold-out Taylor Swift concert and Matildas fever.

“Eddy and I always have a lucky star with timing, but we have always been a champion of amazing women in our business, this is just an extension of that,” Norris said of his brand, which was launched in 2008.

“It’s an exciting time to see what the Matildas are doing and how many people are actually getting behind women’s sport.”

Their runway is set to reflect the energy and groundswell for women in sport, which is why they have included Burtaev, an Australian synchronised swimmer.

“Olia was in one of our first digital campaigns and she was amazing,” Forest said.

“She will be walking alongside all the other models and completely holds her own.”
