Jayden Lloyd (Morningside)
A defender for the Panthers, Lloyd played wing in past seasons but has moved into a defending role where his fitness and desire has been well received by teammates. Morningside were 2-0 and on the prowl, and Lloyd is leading the way.
Jett Breen (Redland-Victoria Point)
Teammates can’t help but be dragged along by the enthusiasm and effort of this midfielder who has a big engine.
Ryan Lewis (Wilston Grange)
A great competitor Lewis can be an on field beast where he has the ability to dominate around the mid field and give his outside players opportunities, and on training nights he has a big impact on the group’s morale.
Lachlan Morrissey (Surfers Paradise)
On the paddock Lachlan Morrissey is a hard running midfielder or backman who always seems to find a gap to run toward, and off it he keeps the squad buzzing. He also sets an example to the younger players with his thirst for knowledge.
Jasper Delaney Taylor (Noosa)
Delaney Taylor is great for the group on the field where, as a midfielder, his dedication and competitive footy inspires teammates in games and on training nights.
Harry Marsham (Broadbeach)
When Harry Marsham suffered a serious shoulder injury, he didn’t walk around kicking stones feeling sorry for himself. He got into rehabilitation which got him back to match ready fitness, setting a great example for his peers.
Alex Peacock (Sherwood)
A young champion of this competition, Peacock leads from the front at training and also brings intensity and effort in every training drill.
Lenard Beech (Labrador)
Beech is still learning his trade, but works hard at training and has a terrific attitude which is noted by his peers and the coaching staff.
Tyler Gunn (Labrador)
Gunn was another from the Labrador squad who was always working on his game at training. He is someone who has improved his kicking game and that comes from work on the training paddock and doing extras.
Reilly Sherlock-Clark (Labrador)
Sherlock-Clark has had a great pre-season for the Tigers and always trains with intensity and intent.
Jayden Banks (Maroochydore)
Banks was the type who always trains at 100 percent and who always gets the boys up and about because of his actions.
Daman Clark and Jasper Williams (Palm Beach Currumbin)
PBC were fortunate to have these scene setters on training nights. Both boys rip in, setting an example to their peers and those efforts at training were also reflected on game day.
Isaac Solomon (Mt Gravatt)
Solomon gives his all at training. He also does extras outside of training which definitely shows in his game all day long.
