How much does it cost to enter Bridge to Brisbane 2023?
If you’re running the 10km course the cost to enter Bridge to Brisbane is $67 per person and if you’re running the 4.5km course the cost to enter is $57 per person. As long as tickets are still available, you will be able to purchase a general entry ticket on the Bridge to Brisbane website until midnight on October 13. You’ll have another opportunity to purchase tickets at the Race Office (located within Building 8, Alexandria Park in Bowen Hills) on October 14 at 12pm.
Is there transport from Bridge to Brisbane in 2023?
You’ll be able to get free public transport on the event day until 3pm. All you’ll need to do is show your official 2023 race number when boarding the Brisbane Transport buses (excluding the City Cat and Ferry services) or on the train.
Where does Bridge to Brisbane start and finish?
The starting location varies depending on which course you are running. If you are running the 10km course your starting position will be at the bottom of the Gateway Bridge in Murrarie. The 4.5km course begins at Hercules Park in Hamilton. You also have the option to complete the run virtually if you’re not able to make it into the city. You will need to download the Bridge to Brisbane app, purchase a ticket prior to the event and use the app to track your distance. You will still get a digital finisher certificate, a finisher medal and a participant T-shirt. This can be done any time between October 13 and October 22.

How long does Bridge to Brisbane go for?
Last year the fastest participant completed the 10km course in just 28 minutes, while the fastest participant completed the 4.5km course in 13 minutes. There is no limit on how long you take to complete the course.
Is Bridge to Brisbane free?
Children in prams are able to enter for free, while participants under the age of 15 are able to enter for $5, which includes a donation to their nominated school charity.
Is the Bridge to Brisbane flat?
The course is not flat. If you are completing the course in an everyday wheelchair you can begin the race at the walker zone. If you wish to compete in the Elite Wheelies competition you will need to contact the Bridge to Brisbane to arrange a change to your starting location. You will be given your starting time and your zone assembly area when you collect your race kit.

The results will be published on The Courier-Mail after the event.
What are the prizes?
Winners of the 10km course will earn $2000, $1000 or $500 for their chosen charity, depending on their leaderboard placement. Winners of the 4.5km course will earn $1000, $500 or $250 for their chosen charity, depending on their leaderboard placement. If you’re planning on dressing in style, the best dressed individual will earn $300 for their chosen charity and the best dressed group will earn $500 for their chosen charity.
Where can we leave our baggage?
You will need to leave any additional baggage either in your car, at home, or with a friend or family member.

You will be able to see a gallery capturing all the action from the Bridge to Brisbane on The Courier-Mail website after the event.
Can my dog participate in the Bridge to Brisbane?
Unfortunately animals other than assistance dogs are not able to participate in the Bridge to Brisbane unless you are competing virtually, in which case, as long as the location allows, you can take your dog.
