“I’m looking forward to our school community continuing to support worthy causes throughout the rest of the year, and maybe I can be encouraged to regrow the mop for another bigger fundraising challenge next year.”

It was a vibrant affair throughout the day, with many students and teachers choosing to show their support by colouring their hair.

Year 8 student Natasha Jones said she enjoyed taking part.

“I’m really proud of our school community for putting in so much effort and participation for such a good cause,” Natasha said.

“The day was extremely fun and my friends and I loved dyeing our hair multiple colours and watching the teachers shave their heads.”
