Putt-putt course and golf driving simulator proposed for Boondall
The development application at 23 Zillmere Rd involves land adjoining the Brisbane International Hotel, on the corner of Parthenia, Sandgate and Zillmere Rds.
Plans lodged with Brisbane City Council in December indicate the proposed development will involve the demolition of five motel units, a caretaker’s cottage, store room and carparking spaces currently used by the hotel.

Submissions can be made from May 3-28.
