In the early morning of April, 3 2019 police raided Whyte’s Zillmere home.
They searched her handbag where they found clip seal bag with 3.1 grams of meth and another bag with a small amount of cocaine.
During the search police found a Beats headphone box that had cannabis hidden inside.
Whyte said the drugs were hers, police did not believe she had the drugs for a commercial purpose.
On 14 November, 2019, Whyte was shopping at the Aspley Hypermarket Coles where she filled her trolley with meat, baby products and other items and left the store without paying.

Whyte promised the court she would not be coming back on more charges.
