The 70 sqm, 60 sqm and 48 sqm sites being leased by agent Shannyn Sellwood have already garnered interest from a operators considering with possibilities including a poke restaurant, American ribs and rump venue, burger house, Asian fusion dumpling restaurant and an Italian offering.
He said some of the restaurants also offered wine and craft beer to enhance night-time options.
Mr Kneipp said the local dining hub was catering to a growing trend in people looking for evening dining options close to home and would also increase variety on offer by local food delivery organisations to a large established residential population across Stafford Heights, Chermside West and McDowall.
“These suburban night-time food precincts are becoming very popular … we’re starting to see more in southeast Queensland.
“There’s a great need in the area for a night-time food and entertainment precinct.”
The site, which will feature a sleek new external design will also launch a new alfresco dining area.
The shopping centre venue also includes Salty’s Grill fish and chips and Kova Coffee located in the centre’s original buildings opposite the new project.
