The dumpling bar will use Sydney architects The Calabur to transform the heritage-listed building, previously St Luke’s Church of England, with the restaurant’s iconic red, black and timber scheme set to feature.

There has been no confirmation on the menu yet, but it is likely to include everything from Chinese-style dumplings and spring rolls, to noodle soup and braised beef.

This will be the 10th Little Red Dumpling for Brisbane, with outlets already in the likes of Sunnybank Hills, West End and Newmarket.

The latest venue is set to open early next year.
