The hardworking personal trainer launched her career off the back of her own weight loss journey.

“I have transformed my life and I want to help you transform yours.”

The personal trainer said he aspires to be the catalyst to change that people need to find a better version of themselves.

“I’ve always been very self-motivated and driven but it’s only really in the last few years I’ve realised how much more you can get done just by knowing there’s people around you that believe in you,” Mr Williams said.

“If someone believes in you, all of a sudden your, ‘Maybe it’s possible’, becomes, ‘I can and I will do this!’”

The unique approach to fitness won Mr Williams an impressive number of votes from clients such as Jason White, who said Mr Williams was “without a doubt the best trainer (he’s) ever had”.

“He is supportive, knowledgeable and will always help you get the best out of your sessions,” Mr White said.

“No matter what state you are in when you arrive, you’ll always leave feeling amazing.”

The votes are in and Ella Donovan has won the title of Pine River’s best personal trainer.

The young woman is known for “walking the walk”, having shed a whopping 31kg by ditching her unhealthy habits and committing to a life of balance, dedication and consistency.

“Getting fit is hard, I’m not going to lie about that, but I also know looking in the mirror and disliking what you see is harder,” she said.

“I’m not here to judge. I’m not here to yell at you and tell you off.

“I’m here to believe in you and help you to become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself possible.”

She tells her customers there are only two options: They can make progress, or they can make excuses, and it seems many are choosing the former.

Regina O’Toole said Ms Donovan’s experience means she’s able to relate to everyone that walks into the gym.

“She’s a great trainer who is very supportive and no two sessions are the same,” she said.

“She’s always smiling.”
