Witnesses in the case had already left the building and in their absence Magistrate Andrew Hackett adjourned the matter until October 20.
The suggestion of an adjournment seemed to enrage Kratzmann, who verbally lashed out at the Magistrate.
Security was called to the courtroom, but before they could arrive Kratzmann stormed out of the building, ignoring the Magistrate’s calls to come back.
Three police officers, who had been waiting outside to act as witnesses in another case, chased Kratzmann down the street and returned him to the courtroom in handcuffs.
“How dare you, you f***ing dogs!” Kratzmann said from the holding cell.
“I just can’t stand scumbags like you, if you treat people like that you should be held accountable.
“Let’s fight! Don’t be a weak f***ing dog!”
It is the third such time Kratzmann has had an outburst in the Caboolture Magistrates Court, which was “one time too many” for Magistrate Hackett.
Kratzmann’s bail was revoked and he was remanded in custody until his next hearing on October 20.
He refused to listen as his bail was revoked.
“You won’t listen to me so I won’t listen to you, it’s not going to happen,” he said.
“You’ve disrespected me too many times.
“Do unto others as they do unto you!”
He was transported to the Pine Rivers watch house.
