Six new drug offences added to Deception Bay dad’s growing list of charges
A Deception Bay dad of seven, accused of 60 drug trafficking and supplying offences was back in court again today – charged with new offences.

A 39-year-old Deception Bay man charged with more than 60 drug offences was back in court today – for the third time in nine days.
Andrew Fraser Gabbert first appeared in Redcliffe Magistrates Court on July 21 in relation to more than 60 drug trafficking and supplying charges.
The offences are alleged to have occurred between April 8 and July 17.
He made a bail application on July 23 but Magistrate Mark Bucknall refused it.
Mr Gabbert, a father of seven, appeared in Redcliffe Magistrates Court again today, via video-link, from Arthur Gorrie prison.

Police have charged him with six further drug offences, alleged to have occurred in May – five counts of possessing a dangerous drug (these include cannabis, LSD and meth) and one charge of possessing property/proceeds of an offence under the drug misuse act.
The matters were adjourned to September 10.
