It is just one among many applications for high rise unit complexes along the same street.
This application, if approved, will be 10 stories high with 48 three-bedroom units with retail and food and drink outlets on the lower level.
The report says the development would include a “high-quality redesign of the existing ground floor shops”.

The proposed building height of 31.03m is 10m taller than the height limit prescribed in Moreton Bay Regional Council’s Planning Scheme.
It will include 116 car spaces and 60 bicycle spaces.

The second is a 9-storey tall unit complex at 77-85 Landsborough Ave. This development will include 64 units, a food and drink outlet and swimming pool.
