A man is fighting for his life after falling off the back of a ute on a dirt trail north of Brisbane.

A man in his 50s is fighting for his life after falling off the back of a ute in Brisbane’s north on Sunday.
QAS was called to the Elimbah dirt tracks, a recreational off-roading trail, just before 12:30pm on Sunday with reports of a man sustaining critical head injuries.
He was assessed on scene and has since been transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a life threatening condition.
