Court documents reveal van der Meche’s nine offences are all alleged to have occurred at residences between 194 – 202 Emerald Dr at Regents Park.

In addition to the six charges of burglary, all of which were allegedly for the purpose of stealing items, van der Meche is also charged with receiving tainted property (a whipper snipper), possessing dangerous drugs (ice) and serious assault of a person over the age of 60.

It’s understood the alleged assault occurred when van der Meche disturbed a resident.

Van der Meche’s charges will be mentioned again on January 18 next year.
